A boutique family-owned winery producing award winning Pinot Noir and also some wonderful examples of aromatic Pinot Gris, sweet and dry style Rieslings a beautiful Pinot Noir Rosé and and Chardonnay. The 2023 Pinot Noir Rosé has a bright pink hue inviting the aroma of strawberries, cherries, raspberry, cranberry, red apple and some floral notes followed on the palate with watermelon, strawberry, rose petals and a hint of minerality, ending in a long crisp refreshing finish.

This wine will go well with Red Sea Tuna accompanied by barbequed asparagus, fresh avocado topped with ponzu sauce and roasted sesame seeds.
