Cambridge Road Naturalist Rosé-2023

This years’ blend comes from a single vineyard sited on the rocky outwash of the Dry River a little south of the village.

The wine is Pinot dominant for richness with the balance being Riesling for fresh citrus lift. Expect this wine to drink joyfully over the next 8 years.

As usual, no additions and no sulphur, however this year the wine is disgorged after 15 months on lees.
